A country which has low abortion rate

There are some countries which has low abortion rate . One of these country is Ireland. Ireland is a Catholic country. In Catholic countries, abortion is considered to be bad thing. Compared with other Catholic countries, abortion regulation in Ireland is extremely strict. Even if a woman become pregnant because of rape and have an abortion, she regarded as a murderer. Abortion is permitted only when a pregnant woman will die if she give birth to  her baby. Such abortion regulations are too severe on women in Ireland. Several years ago, a teenage girl who became pregnant because of rape committed suicide. Although many people in Ireland don't support this abortion regulation, the law of Ireland isn't changed.
